As a faith-based franchise, DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen believes in treating everyone with integrity and respect. Our Code of Values™ is biblically based and is the central tenet of how we conduct business.

By making it our daily mission to serve everyone we meet and do business with in this manner, we become a company that people genuinely want to work with.

Mary Baxter, DreamMaker franchise owner and designer, says that when she decided to join the DreamMaker family, she and her husband had been considering retirement but when they sat down to discuss the reality of it all, she told him she wasn’t ready and still wanted to do design. So when she was looking for where to place her design ambitions and skills, it was DreamMaker which really stood out for her. And why? It was our Code of Values™ that sold her.

These teams start with our DreamMaker Corporate staff, franchisees, their teams, vendors, and strategic partners. All of this helps our franchisees serve their clients with excellent service, final product and experience.

As President and Chief Stewarding Officer of DreamMaker Corporate, Doug looks to God as CEO, and he trusts Him to lead and guide as he stewards this company on His behalf and with His help. Doug has been blessed to be in this role for over two and a half decades, and continues to look forward to all that God has in store for DreamMaker in the years to come.
