DMBK of Southern Lakes, WI, Wins Top Bath, Kitchen Remodeling Awards

DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen remodeling franchise, with its Code of Values emphasizing honesty and integrity, named DreamMaker of Southern Lakes, WI, winner of three of the company’s top remodeling awards.

The awards have national recognition and were presented at the company’s Reunion Conference in Phoenix, AZ, on June 16. DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen is one of the nation’s most respected home remodeling franchises, with customer satisfaction consistently outpacing national averages. Franchise owners and their teams adhere to the company’s Code of Values, which emphasizes honesty and integrity combined with customer-first designs and remodeling.

The franchise won the $40,000 - $60,000 Residential Bathroom award as well as awards in the Residential Kitchen $60,000 - $90,000 and $30,000 - $60,000 categories.

The residential bathroom converted space from a hallway and two closets to turn an ordinary bath into a dream spa. “It's hard to determine our favorite part of this project as each corner has its unique and memorable elements,“ Jay Nutting (owner) says. "Who wouldn’t love a spa bathroom for their home oasis?”

The residential kitchen award was called Project Island Dreams. “When this homeowner first met with our designers, it was apparent this project would be a challenge. The current kitchen was already beautiful; however, the homeowners needed more space and dreamed of having an island to accommodate their growing family. There wasn’t enough square footage in the existing kitchen to accommodate an island, but there was a large dining room adjacent to the kitchen that the homeowner was willing to take space from. The final product was both functional and even more beautiful,” says Nutting.

“Receiving these awards are such great compliments for our team’s passion versus expertise. It truly takes a well-versed team to accomplish ‘beautifully custom’, and I couldn’t be prouder of them,” says owner Jay Nutting. “I also appreciate the Code of Values that DreamMaker has in place. They are not rules, but reminders of how we should conduct business and navigate relationships in our daily lives.”
