DreamMaker Training And Support
After you sign on as a franchisee, we will begin training, starting with Foundations Prep. In Foundations Prep, we will help you begin looking for a Design Center location and other target steps for setting up the business. The next phase is Foundations Core, which includes virtual sessions over the course of two weeks covering marketing, financial health, and other ownership training. Finally, you will go through Simulation over the course of 6-8 weeks via regular phone/Zoom contact. This includes hands-on assignments, sales education, learning the technology stack, a marketing site visit, and training where you will visit an operating DreamMaker location to learn more.
In addition to this start-up training, you will also have an abundance of ongoing training in the form of mentor visits, Next Level Groups (with fellow franchisees), Training Events twice a year, monthly roundtables and webinars, and consistent support from your dedicated franchise coach.
