As we at DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen celebrate our 25th anniversary, we also want to proudly shine a spotlight on an extraordinary leader within our community: Amy Mosley, Chief Operating Officer of DreamMaker Corporate. This year at our annual Reunion convention, Amy was honored with the prestigious SERVE & ENRICH Award, a recognition reserved for those whose commitment to service and community enriches the lives of others – and Amy is an excellent example of this.
A Legacy of Service
Amy’s journey with DreamMaker spans 23 years, during which she has become an integral part of our team. Amy has been with DreamMaker since 2001 starting as our marketing director and is now the Chief Operating Officer, after previously serving as Vice President. She oversees the operations of the company. With over two decades of experience in marketing and franchising, as well as a certification qualifying her as a Certified Franchise Executive, Amy has established herself as a trusted leader in the industry, consistently driving growth. Her passion for service and her commitment to our mission have made a lasting impact, not only within our organization but throughout the industry and her local community.
Contributions to the Industry
Amy has been a part of several organizations within the remodeling industry. She has taken on significant roles within the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA), including leading the Marketing Committee and serving on the Executive Committee. She has also played crucial roles in the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), serving on the Government Relations and Marketing Committees, and the Board of Directors! Her efforts in both organizations have helped shape the future of our industry.
Community Involvement
Amy’s dedication extends far beyond her professional achievements. She has served as an Elder at her church, and she has provided guidance and support to many. She has also led DreamMaker’s Hosted and Sponsored Prayer Breakfast at NARI’s National Meeting for over a decade.
Amy is also very involved in other forms of local community outreach. As the President of the Chapter Advisory Board for the Zeta Alpha Chapter of the Kappa Delta Sorority at Texas Tech, and a member of the Friends of Historic Breckenridge board and the Swenson Memorial Museum board, Amy has made significant contributions to her community.
Family-Centric
Outside of her professional and community endeavors, Amy is a devoted mother and grandmother. She is the proud mother of three—Travis, Chance, and Monica—and a loving grandmother to her two grandchildren, Landry and Casper. Her recent move back to Breckenridge, Texas, to care for her ailing father reflects her deep sense of family and commitment to loved ones.
A Well-Deserved Recognition
As we celebrated our 25th anniversary at our annual Reunion, it was a true honor to have presented the SERVE & ENRICH Award to Amy Mosley. Her dedication to service, community, family and faith are truly inspiring. Amy’s contributions, both in her professional life and her local community, have not only enriched the lives of many (just ask any of our franchisees, corporate staff, acquaintances, and friends and family!) but have also inspired all of us to embrace the spirit of giving back.
Let’s congratulate Amy on this well-deserved recognition, as her example reminds us of the profound impact one person can have on their community and beyond. Here’s to Amy Mosley—an inspiring servant leader we are so blessed to have on our team!
