Ridlehuber completed a comprehensive study in franchise management offered by the Institute of Certified Franchise Executives, which is the academic brand of the IFA’s Education Foundation. The institute’s mission is to enhance the professionalism of the franchising industry by certifying that franchise professionals meet the highest levels of training and education.
DreamMaker executives Doug Dwyer, Amy Mosley and Jamie Brooks also are certified franchise executives.
“I’m glad to have Teresa’s excellence recognized,” DreamMaker President and Chief Stewarding Officer Doug Dwyer said. “She has been part of our business family for 17 years and has always worked hard to build relationships with our franchisees and help them succeed.”
Teresa, who serves as paralegal and corporate administrator for DreamMaker, makes us a stronger franchise system in a number of ways. For those of us in the corporate office, she helps maintain contracts, trademarks and intellectual property, and aids the president of the company.
Her organizational and problem solving skills are amazing assets for DreamMaker and its franchisees. But her heart is even better. She loves seeing franchisees succeed, and that core value is at the center of the way she approaches her job.
We are very fortunate to have her and are glad that the IFA has recognized her professionalism.
